CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience with each and every technician at Society of Lash. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late most likely we will not be able to extend your appointment time. Appointment will be charged at full value. We understand that last minute emergencies occur and will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 24 hours notice for no fee cancelations. Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee, either to the credit card on file or added to your next appointment. Appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee if cancelled after 24 hours or no show.

MOBILE PHONES

Please turn your mobile phone to silent or vibrate while your visit. We want your experience to be relaxing as well as the other clients. Your eyes will be closed the entire time and you will not be able to answer the phone or text.

CHILDREN

Society of Lash offers a relaxing environment for clients and staff. Please do not bring children that need to be watched or supervised. This policy is for the safety of your children, our artists and our clients as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Do not bring or store any valuables on the premises, including watches, jewelry or large amounts of cash. We are not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property while in, on, or about the premises.

REFUND POLICY

Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes. We regret that promotional services, or gift certificates purchased are absolutely non-refundable. This applies to all services. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. All retail product purchases are final sale. We offer the option to exchange or receive a store credit on unopened items.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by Society of Lash's skilled & trained staff (or even by you). All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as an allergies. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, Society of Lash will offer a Free Lash Removal should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact Society of Lash immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
